April 13, 2017:  Review Unit 4 Prompt.  Review Proposal Writing.  Peer Review for Unit 4: April 25, 2017.  The writing task for Major Project 4 is to compose a project proposal to address one of the following issues:

(1) the issue you addressed in your unsolicited letter for Unit 3; or

(2) the Exercise that we have looked at during our review of Chapter 7 and 8.  Assume that the problem with the software and/or instructions cannot be determined without taking further action than just meeting with you, Susan, John, and Josh.  Write a Proposal as to what steps should be taken to get to the root of the problem.
